Travel fee - Any location more than 30 miles from Denver will incur a $75 travel fee per session.

Disclaimer
  • Please be aware that all photography sessions are booked with a credit card for the full amount of the photography package.

  • There is a 24-hour cancellation fee. If you do not show for your booked photography session, you will lose up to 50% of your photography package value.

  • Any issues with final images must be communicated at the time of final delivery (within 7 days of the files being transferred to the shared cloud drive and communicated with the client).
  • Denver Legal Marketing will provide one additional retouch as per communicated issues. Any additional retouching will be charged at the rate of an additional photo ($35 each). Retouches will be completed within 10 business days of the communicated issue as per the above guidelines.

  • All photos will be purged from the cloud storage after the date listed on the package. Any photos not downloaded at that time will be permanently deleted.
