Recently, I had the pleasure of being invited to speak with Bob Roark on the Business Leaders Podcast. It was a great opportunity to connect with someone who sits down weekly with influencers in the Colorado community and really drill down to find out what they’re all about.

For me, it was also nice to just talk about my passion: the big impact that small law firms can have on the legal community in our state.

What a lot of people don’t realize is that they have a lot of power when it comes to choosing the right attorney for them. Although the largest firms spend a lot of money to get that “top-of-mind” awareness that makes them seem like the only options out there, a majority of Colorado law firms are small, specialized businesses that have the time to really focus on the handful of clients that they help.

When I started Denver Legal Marketing nearly three years ago (after nearly 20 years of legal practice experience), I really wanted to develop the impact of these small firms and help support them by teaching them low-cost, high-yield marketing skills that would allow them to compete with larger firms. To hear more about my thoughts on how small legal firms can impact the Colorado economy (and how Denver Legal Marketing works to facilitate that impact), check out the entire Business Leaders Podcast interview here.
